Resident users may edit their account, create reports, view a list of their own reports, and explore reports submitted by other users.

This is part of the capstone project for my Master's program and was developed with two teammates. I designed and developed the homepage, created the user authentication system, and allowed for creation, editing, and deactivation of categories and subcategories.
